How does Proofing work?

A good proof is essential for you and your customer to fully agree on all details before production starts. With our smooth proofing process for heat transfer, you get full control and a professional process that ensures your orders are always exactly as expected.

In the webshop’s proofing process, you can create, brand with your own logo, and manage proofs with full control over details, approvals, and follow-ups.

1. Overview
Here you get a clear overview of your proofs – customer, creation date, number of items, status, and total amount, all in one place. Has a proof been approved? Just click the Order button.

By marking a proof, you unlock more smart features. Here you can easily:

- Create a PDF for download or printing.

- Generate a shareable link for quick customer communication.

- Create a placement on a garment with the selected items in the proof

2. Create proofs in Logo Creator
When you have finished your design in Logo Creator, you can easily create a proof, your guarantee that everything is correct before ordering.

In the proof, you get a clear overview of all items, including:

- Size
- Pantone colors
- Quantity and add-ons
- Price (with the option to hide if needed)

Smart features for extra control!

Change background color – Perfect for reviewing, for example, light designs in detail against a darker background or seeing the logo against the intended garment color.

Comment function – Add comments to the proof or items and ensure the recipient takes note of them. To approve the proof, the recipient must confirm that all comments have been read. This process ensures that both you and we as the supplier are fully agreed on the details so that the final product is exactly as you expect. Smooth, safe, and professional!

Want to send proofs directly to your end customer with your own logo? Your logo appears on both the generated proof link and in the PDF proof, providing a cohesive and professional impression to your customers.
