Complaint Form - Heat Transfer

Incorrect bar pressure is a common cause of complaints. For the heat transfer to adhere properly, look good, and last the entire life of the garment, the correct pressure is crucial. We have measured our printing machines and developed recommended values based on the size of the subplate. Here you can find the right settings for the best results!

For the heat transfer to adhere properly and last long, the correct temperature is required. STARK and REFLEX are applied at 160°C, while FLEX requires 130°C. See more instructions on each product page.

We recommend pre-heating the garment at 160°C or 130°C depending on which of our products you are applying. You do this by pressing the heat plate directly onto the garment for 8-10 seconds. The garment then shrinks slightly and stabilizes before applying your print, creating the best possible conditions for a correctly performed application.
